Merchandise Terms & Conditions
- All merchandise sales are final, and there are no returns or refunds unless required by law.
- We will happily exchange shirt sizes, with postage covered by the buyer. Items must be returned in their original packaging, not worn, damaged, altered or washed.
- MND New Zealand reserves the right to decline a return for exchange if it does not meet the conditions above.
- We know that sometimes it may be necessary to return an item due to a fault or being shipped incorrectly. If MND New Zealand is unable to replace or exchange it, we will issue you a full refund including shipping costs.
- Please get in touch with the MND team by emailing within three days of receiving your item if you have any questions or need assistance.
- Should we need to refund you, it will be credited to the card or account used to complete the original purchase (or a NZ bank account). Please be aware that refunds to your card can take up to 10 working days to be processed and cleared by your bank.
