Create a tribute page in honour of your loved one and share with family and friends who would like to give a gift in their memory.

You can personalise the page with photos, stories, and videos, creating a lasting space to celebrate their life while supporting Motor Neurone Disease NZ. It can be useful to include this link in a funeral Order of Service, or obituary. Every donation is recorded on the memorial page, along with a message of support.

Every donation made in their honour will help provide the best possible support, education and advocacy for people living with motor neurone disease, as well as funding critical MND research.
