9 February 2022

Solo Walk Square E1653274363196

Every year, Walk 2 D'Feet is a special fundraising event providing opportunities for our community to come together to remember loved ones, friends, whānau, and honour those living with MND.  The funds raised are vital for our organisations continued support for people living with MND.

Due to the impacts of COVID-19 and the advice from the Ministry of Health, this year’s event will go ahead as a DIY walk. We are encouraging our community to join in to walk, roll, run, or even ride in our Walk to D'Feet MND event!

While this may not be the huge event everyone is used to, we are grateful that our community is still able to participate in a scaled down event.

So, if you’re wondering, “what are my next steps?” (Pun very much intended). Please visit our fundraising page where you can quickly and easily:

  • Register individually or as a team
  • Make a donation
  • See what other teams are up to and interact with them
  • Post stories and update blogs about your walk
  • Share your fundraising page with friends and whānau on social media

Once registered, choose your favourite accessible track to walk, round up your crew, and join in on Sunday the 27th of February to DIY Walk 2 D’Feet MND!

We'd love to hear your stories and see photos of your DIY walk. You can share these on our Facebook event page. All photos uploaded to the page by 1st of March will be entered into a draw to receive a Small Hope Puppy soft toy!
