29 January 2023
The new season of New Zealand reality TV competition Treasure Island starts Monday 30 January 2023 at 7.30pm, with Joe Cotton competing on behalf of Motor Neurone Disease NZ.
The television show will see eight fans of the Celebrity Treasure Island franchise compete against eight former Treasure Island competitors for a chance at $50,000 to win for their chosen charities.
Joe shared that Motor Neurone Disease NZ is a charity that is close to her and her More FM Southland co-host Steve, who tragically lost his mum to the disease in 2021.
“I hope you end up with lots, and lots of money for the cause and loads of awareness!,” Joe said when we expressed our gratitude to her for choosing to support the MND community.
Thank you for supporting those affected by motor neurone disease, and best of luck Joe
