Film Night Fundraiser for MND in Memory of Ronnie

This Thursday, 24th October, the Devonport community is hosting a special film screening at The Vic to raise funds for Motor Neurone Disease NZ, honouring the memory of Ronnie Harris, who passed away from MND nearly a year ago.
Organised by his friends, family, and local supporters, the night will feature one of Ronnie’s favourite films, Scottish comedy Local Hero. His widow, Jane, shared how meaningful it is to celebrate his memory in this way while helping others facing MND.

✨Plus, there’s a raffle with amazing prices donated by Harcourts Devonport.
With 128 of the 140 tickets sold, it's set to be a wonderful evening of remembrance and community support.
The Ride for Ronnie team will also participate in the Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge in November, riding 160km to raise even more for MND NZ. Every dollar from this film night goes toward supporting individuals and families affected by MND.
